After the opening speech of the session by the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Finance reported a summary of the submission of 2 draft resolutions to be submitted at the session, including: Resolution to extend the application period of a number of Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council and amend and supplement a number of contents of the Land Price List for the period 2020-2024 in the province attached to Resolution No. 02/2020/NQ-HDND dated May 19, 2020 of the Provincial People's Council; Resolution stipulating the level of social allowance payment costs for social protection beneficiaries in Ninh Thuan province.
Based on the reports of the Economic - Budget Committee and the Cultural - Social Committee on the results of the examination of the draft resolutions, the Provincial People's Council delegates discussed and unanimously voted to pass the above two resolutions.

In his closing speech, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council highly appreciated the serious, urgent and responsible working spirit of the delegates, helping the session complete the proposed program and content.

The adopted resolutions have created an important legal basis for the organization, implementation and performance of local socio-economic development tasks in 2025 and the following years, contributing to creating motivation to effectively exploit resources, especially land resources, to meet the requirements of breakthrough socio-economic development of the province; at the same time, establishing a complete and synchronous legal framework, ensuring consistency and compliance with relevant legal provisions to implement the payment policy for social assistance payment service organizations as prescribed. After this session, the Provincial People's Committee is requested to urgently direct all levels, branches, localities and units according to their assigned functions, tasks and powers to proactively organize implementation, ensuring that the resolutions come into effect soon and achieve the highest efficiency. In the process of organization and implementation, there must be synchronous and strict implementation; inspection and supervision work must be strengthened. The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Committees of the Provincial People's Council, the Delegation Groups of the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Council delegates strengthen supervision activities to ensure the implementation of the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council seriously, legally and effectively.
