After the opening speech of the session by the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Home Affairs reported a summary of 6 draft resolutions submitted at the session.

Based on the reports of the Economic - Budget Committee, the Cultural - Social Committee, and the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council on the results of the examination of the draft resolutions, the Provincial People's Council delegates discussed and unanimously voted to pass 6 resolutions related to issues of adjusting project investment policies, using public investment support budget, changing the purpose of using protective forest land, policies to support attracting investment in high-tech agriculture, tourism development...

In his closing speech, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council highly appreciated the serious, urgent and responsible working spirit of the delegates, helping the session complete the program and content set out. The resolutions passed at the session create a legal basis for the organization, implementation and performance of local political tasks in 2024 and the following years, contributing to creating motivation and unlocking resources to accelerate the progress of projects and works serving the socio-economic development and social security of the province. After the session, the Provincial People's Committee needs to urgently organize the implementation of the resolutions; focus on directing all levels, branches, localities and units according to their assigned functions, tasks and powers, proactively organize implementation, closely coordinate with central ministries and branches, seek support, ensure that the resolutions come into life soon and achieve the highest efficiency. The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, committees, delegations and each Provincial People's Council delegate shall strengthen supervision activities to ensure the implementation of resolutions of the Provincial People's Council seriously, legally and effectively.
Resolutions passed at the 17th Session of the 11th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026
1. Resolution adjusting the investment policy for the road project connecting Tan Son town, Ninh Son district, Ninh Thuan province to Ta Nang crossroads, Duc Trong district, Lam Dong province.
2. Resolution on the agreement to use Ninh Thuan province's budget to support Lam Dong province in implementing public investment activities for the road project connecting Tan Son town, Ninh Son district, Ninh Thuan province to Ta Nang intersection, Duc Trong district, Lam Dong province.
3. Resolution on changing the purpose of using protective forest land to another purpose to implement the Mui Dinh Bay Tourist Area project.
4. Resolution to partially abolish Clause 1, Article 2 of the Regulations on policies to support attracting investment in high-tech agriculture in Ninh Thuan province for the period 2021-2030, attached to Resolution No. 19/2021/NQ-HDND dated December 8, 2021 of the People's Council of Ninh Thuan province.
5. Resolution to abolish Clause 2, Article 2 of Resolution No. 13/2022/NQ-HDND dated July 22, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council stipulating a number of policies to support tourism development in Ninh Thuan for the period 2022-2025.
6. Resolution to partially abolish Resolution No. 05/2022/NQHDND dated July 20, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council on stipulating the policy of severance allowance for commune-level officials and support for leaders and managers who are transferred to work in Ninh Thuan province.
