At the same time, many policies and measures have been implemented to strongly and substantially innovate the work of inspection, supervision, and party discipline, to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity; and to prevent and combat waste.
Step by step, adjust and arrange the apparatus, take care of planning, training, fostering and implementing personnel policies. The activities of the government and state administrative agencies from the city to the district, Thu Duc City have had many innovations, become more dynamic, creative and flexible in direction and operation.
The political system's awareness of mass mobilization work, innovation in the activities of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations has been raised, contributing to strengthening national solidarity and the close bond between the Party and the People.
Regarding key tasks and solutions for 2024, the Conference agreed with the proposed report of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and emphasized 10 main tasks and directions that the entire political system must focus on implementing.
In which, we continue to lead, direct, improve the quality and effectiveness of the work of building and rectifying a clean and strong Party; resolutely fight and prevent signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution" and "self-transformation".
At the same time, educate each cadre, party member, civil servant, public employee, and leader at all levels to be exemplary in implementing the Party's Charter and the Party's and State's guidelines, policies, laws, and operating principles; strongly arouse the spirit of solidarity, awareness of self-cultivation, training, doing the right thing and doing well what must be done, improving ethics and public service efficiency.
