75 years ago, on October 15, 1949, President Ho Chi Minh wrote the work "Civil Mobilization" published in Truth newspaper No. 120.

The work is considered the platform and guideline for our Party's mass mobilization work.

75 years have passed, but President Ho Chi Minh's work "Mass Mobilization" still retains its value, is deeply topical, and is the basis and theoretical foundation for the Party and State to build and organize the implementation of policies and guidelines on mass mobilization work, on promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc.
