Inspection of anti-corruption work at the Ministry of Planning and Investment

On the afternoon of October 25, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac - Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption and Negativity, Head of Inspection Team No. 1 - chaired the Conference to deploy the inspection plan at the Party Committee of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

On behalf of the Inspection Team, Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc - Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, Deputy Head of the Inspection Team - announced the plan and decision to establish the Inspection Team of the Central Steering Committee on anti-corruption and anti-negativity.

Accordingly, the Inspection Team will work with the Party Committee of the Ministry of Planning and Investment regarding the institutionalization of the Party's policies and guidelines on anti-corruption and negativity into State laws.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac emphasized that the institutionalization of the Party's guidelines and policies on preventing and combating corruption and negativity into State laws is very important and is one of the key steps determining the effectiveness of the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity.

According to the Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, the inspection aims to assess the results achieved, the shortcomings, limitations, shortcomings and causes in the institutionalization of the Party's policies and guidelines on preventing and combating corruption and negativity into laws and the organization of implementation by all levels, sectors and localities nationwide.

The inspection results will be a practical basis for the Steering Committee to advise and assist the Politburo and the Secretariat in leading and directing the overcoming of loopholes, inadequacies, difficulties and obstacles.

From there, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac emphasized the need to continue to urgently perfect the law in accordance with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws on socio-economic management, on preventing and combating corruption and negativity, on Party building and the political system, ensuring consistency, strictness, and no loopholes, so that "corruption and negativity cannot occur".

Mr. Phan Dinh Trac requested the Party Committee of the Ministry of Planning and Investment to pay attention to leading and directing units to closely coordinate with the Inspection Team, provide full information, documents, reports, and strictly explain the contents according to the inspection requirements, contributing to helping the Team successfully complete the assigned tasks.
