Today, September 4, Permanent Vice Chairman of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for Flood and Storm Prevention and Search and Rescue (PCLB & TKCN) Ha Sy Dong worked with Cam Lo district on preparations for PCLB & TKCN drills in the district.

According to the plan of the Steering Committee for the Fire Prevention and Control Drill of Cam Lo district, this drill is expected to take place at the end of September 2024. Up to now, the preparation work has been basically completed, ready to practice the actual contents to enter the drill as planned.
The exercise will consist of two phases: Operation of the district-level mechanism (at the Cam Lo District People's Committee Hall) and a live exercise (at Dinh Xa Village, Cam Hieu Commune). The exercise will mobilize the participation of police, military, border guards, grassroots organizations and unions, people from communes and towns, along with equipment systems to meet the exercise requirements.
Concluding the meeting, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong requested members of the steering committee to mobilize and ensure resources, human resources, and funding so that the exercise takes place according to plan, in accordance with the local situation and weather, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.
At the same time, it is required that during the implementation of the live-fire drill, it is necessary to organize quickly, accurately, not subjectively, manage situations well and be ready to maneuver in the face of unexpected developments that may occur. Ensure security, order and traffic safety during the drill.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested to strengthen propaganda and education to raise awareness for organizations and individuals to understand the importance of the drill, thereby raising awareness and responsibility of the participants. The Steering Committee for the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Drill of Cam Lo district needs to supplement and change some contents closer to reality so that the drill can achieve the highest efficiency.
