Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh proposed to base the collective review results as the basis for individual review, using the individual review results to supplement and perfect the collective results. For individuals, it is necessary to review fully and seriously, especially on political qualities, ideology, ethics, lifestyle, solidarity, and unity within the working style. The results of cultivating and training self-awareness, the spirit of self-criticism and criticism, self-reflection, self-correction in performing assigned duties and tasks, especially on the responsibility of setting an example and things that party members are not allowed to do. In the review, it is necessary to clarify the responsibilities of leaders in the fields, areas, and units assigned to them, the contents under their decision-making authority according to the provisions of the Party's charter and the laws of the State...
