(Dan Tri) - From the end of 2024, the Gem Sky World urban area project developed by Dat Xanh Group will hand over the first products to customers. The investor said that it is expected that about 50 townhouses will be handed over to customers in December and 200 townhouses in the first quarter of 2025.
The keys are handed over to the first residents of the Sapphire Parkview subdivision.
