(Dan Tri) - Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has just signed and issued Decision 171 on approving the Construction Zoning Planning Task, scale 1/2000 of Bac Thuong Tin Industrial Park.
The planned land area is about 137 hectares, located in the administrative boundaries of Van Binh, Lien Phuong, Ninh So communes, Thuong Tin district, Hanoi city.
This land is bordered by Ring Road 4 to the North; agricultural land of Lien Phuong commune to the South; agricultural land of Van Tao commune to the East; and Phap Van - Cau Gie highway to the West.
This industrial park contributes to ensuring the supply for the development of industrial infrastructure systems in industrial parks in Hanoi, meeting the needs of attracting foreign direct investment and domestic investment capital.

The planning objective is to form an industrial park focusing on developing clean and modern industries, using advanced and environmentally friendly technology, minimizing negative impacts on the environment, saving resources and ensuring sustainability for production activities.
The planning also aims to determine the functional use of each land plot; principles of space organization, landscape architecture for the entire planning area; land use criteria, technical infrastructure system for each land plot; arrangement of social infrastructure system suitable for usage needs. This planning is the premise for environmental management and control in the industrial park area.
The approved zoning plan for Bac Thuong Tin Industrial Park is the basis for determining construction investment projects in the industrial park and establishing detailed construction plans.
The number of workers and laborers is expected to be about 7,000 people.
Hanoi People's Committee requires that the construction zoning plan must comply with approved construction planning projects, technical infrastructure specialized planning, and industrial development planning; regulations on protecting safety corridors of technical infrastructure works, environmental safety distances, relevant regulations and standards, and be consistent with the current state of industrial development in the research area.
The time for preparing the zoning plan shall not exceed 9 months from the date the construction zoning plan task is approved.
