Specifically, the above weather pattern will persist in Ha Tinh and Quang Binh from the evening of November 26 to the afternoon of November 27 with rainfall ranging from 20-60mm, with some places receiving over 100mm. From the night of November 27, heavy rain will gradually decrease.

In particular, the rainfall in Quang Tri to Quang Ngai is commonly 100-200mm, some places over 350mm, Binh Dinh and Phu Yen 50-100mm, some places over 150mm. From the night of November 28, heavy rain gradually decreased.

According to the meteorological agency, floods on rivers in Thua Thien Hue are fluctuating at alert level (BĐ)2-BĐ3. Water levels on rivers in Quang Binh and Quang Tri are fluctuating, and rivers from Quang Nam to Binh Dinh are decreasing.

High risk of landslides in mountainous areas, riverbank landslides, localized flooding in low-lying areas along rivers and urban areas from Quang Binh to Binh Dinh.
