The event gathered over 20 tourism exhibition booths of 15 units from the Mekong Delta provinces such as: Can Tho city, Phong Dien district (Can Tho), Long An, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Dong Thap, Vinh Long, Dak Nong, Dak Lak, Gia Lai ... and tourism businesses in the province.
The Southern Cuisine Space alone has over 50 booths, from 30 units inside and outside the province such as: An Giang, Soc Trang, Dong Thap, Ho Chi Minh City and Tra Vinh... Each culinary booth displays, prepares and performs dishes and drinks typical of each locality and region.
This is an activity within the series of events “Culture – Tourism Week associated with Ok Om Bok Festival” taking place from November 9-15. The activity aims to introduce and promote to tourists the images and tourism potentials of Tra Vinh province, promoting cooperation in tourism development. At the same time, it is an opportunity for food establishments, restaurants, hotels and chefs inside and outside the province to exchange and share experiences in preparing delicious dishes, diversifying regional cuisine; promoting traditional elements in culinary culture, contributing to enriching tourism products in the region.
