Emulation Block No. VI of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province deploy tasks in 2024

On January 16, Emulation Bloc No. VI of the Fatherland Front (VFF) and socio-political organizations of the province held a conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2023 and deploy tasks for 2024.

In 2023, the Emulation Bloc will comprehensively carry out emulation movements (PTTĐ) and reward work with the theme "Solidarity, discipline, exemplary, proactive innovation, creativity, and aspiration for development". The movements are widely deployed, the content is concretized closely to the tasks of the sectors and the practices of the base.

Member units issue documents to direct and implement the programs launched by the Prime Minister such as: "Practicing thrift, fighting waste"; "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas" for the period 2021 - 2025; "For the poor - No one is left behind" for the period 2021 - 2025 in the province; "Civil servants and public employees compete to implement office culture" for the period 2019 - 2025; "The whole country competes to build a learning society, promote a lifelong learning society for the period 2023 - 2030"... Develop a plan to propagate and educate political ideology for cadres, union members and members on multidimensional poverty approach criteria, sustainable poverty reduction goals, and poverty reduction policies and guidelines of the Party and State; Promote administrative reform, enhance sense of responsibility in performing tasks and handling administrative procedures. 100% of cadres, civil servants and employees of units in the Bloc participated in the campaign "Cadres, civil servants and public employees compete to implement office culture" for the period 2019 - 2025; promoting the spirit of responsibility, innovating working style and manners, being proactive and creative...

Implementing the emulation movements launched by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, including the movement "Socio-economic development" in 2023, units assign emulation targets to districts, cities and affiliated units; the movement "All people protect national security", 100% of units signed a commitment to compete, register and meet the standards of "Security and order safety" in 2023; the movement "Promoting administrative reform associated with digital transformation" in the period of 2021 - 2025, units regularly propagate, organize, thoroughly grasp and implement the policies of the Party, State and province on administrative reform associated with digital transformation, creating changes in the awareness and actions of cadres, civil servants, employees, union members and association members.

The PTTDs of each unit such as: "Building Cao Bang women of the new era", "Good workers, creative workers", "Veterans help each other reduce poverty, do good business", "Farmers compete in production, good business"..., were promoted by the units. creative, flexible in implementing, selecting and organizing practical and effective activities.

During the year, the units in the Bloc introduced 22 typical advanced individuals and 6 collectives to the Provincial Emulation and Reward Board; 2 typical advanced individuals with outstanding achievements in the PTTĐs attended the National Conference to commend and honor typical advanced individuals and were introduced and promoted on the Central Emulation and Reward Board's electronic information portal.

In 2024, the Emulation Bloc will continue to implement the Party and State's policies and programs to implement the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels on emulation and rewards; mobilize cadres, members and people of all walks of life to participate in patriotic emulation movements; do a good job of discovering, introducing and replicating advanced examples, good people, good deeds, good models, and creative ways of doing things; inspect, supervise and improve the quality of activities of the Emulation and Reward Councils of units in the Bloc.

Units in the bloc signed a competition agreement.

At the conference, the Emulation Bloc unanimously proposed that the Provincial People's Committee award the "Leading Unit in Emulation" Flag to the Provincial Farmers' Association; sign an emulation agreement between units in the bloc and hand over the role of head of the emulation bloc in 2024 to the Provincial Veterans Association.
