Emulation bloc of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the province launched the emulation competition in 2025

Over the past year, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels in the province have actively innovated the content and methods of operation, closely following the local political tasks, proactively advising the Party Committee, coordinating with the government, mobilizing union members, association members and people to promote emulation movements, campaigns, and successfully implementing and completing the assigned tasks.

Notably, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province have done a good job of mobilizing and receiving resources to support people in overcoming the damage caused by storm No. 3. Up to now, the Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee has mobilized and received over 243 billion VND from agencies, units, and philanthropists inside and outside the province; promptly allocated over 237 billion VND to support people in overcoming the damage caused by storm No. 3.

The Project to Eliminate Temporary and Dilapidated Housing for Poor Households in Tuyen Quang Province, Phase 2021 - 2025, has been actively implemented by units in the sector. In 2024, the whole province supported the construction and repair of 2,449 houses for poor households, with a total mobilized amount of over 365 billion VND.

Agencies and units signed the emulation covenant in 2025.

The movement "Tuyen Quang joins hands to handle waste and fight plastic waste" has been implemented in many diverse and rich forms; actively participating in implementing a civilized lifestyle in weddings and funerals. Social supervision and criticism work has been strengthened. The content and methods of operation have been innovated, the proportion of Heads of the Front Work Committee, Heads of Youth Unions and Associations who are Party members has increased. Up to now, the whole province has over 7,280 Heads of the Front Work Committee, Heads of Youth Unions and Associations who are Party members, an increase of nearly 939 people compared to 2023. Emulation and reward work has been carried out in a disciplined, innovative and grassroots-oriented manner.

Discussing at the conference, delegates discussed and evaluated the results of the bloc's activities in 2024, focusing on the implementation of patriotic emulation movements; propaganda and mobilization work for union members, association members, and people to implement the Party's policies and the State's policies and laws; the implementation of the project to eliminate temporary and dilapidated housing for poor union members and association members...

At the conference, the Provincial Women's Union, the unit honored as the Head of the emulation block in 2025, launched the emulation movement and organized the signing of the emulation covenant in 2025.

Accordingly, in 2025, agencies and units in the bloc will continue to effectively implement resolutions, directives, conclusions and regulations of the Central and the province. At the same time, improve the quality and effectiveness of patriotic emulation movements and campaigns, focusing on: Completing the Project to Eliminate Temporary and Dilapidated Housing for Poor Households in Tuyen Quang Province, period 2021 - 2025 and the Emulation Movement of the whole country joining hands to "eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" in 2025; Movement "Tuyen Quang joins hands to handle waste and fight plastic waste"; participate in implementing civilized lifestyles in weddings and funerals; Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; Effectively deploy and complete assigned tasks in national target programs on new rural construction, sustainable poverty reduction, and socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, period 2021 - 2025.

The leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee handed over the Flag of the Head of the Block - Emulation Block of the Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations in 2025 to the Provincial Women's Union.

Along with that, continue to improve the quality and effectiveness of social supervision and criticism work ; actively participate in Party building, building a clean and strong government; effectively implement Project No. 02-DA/TU dated May 23, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; strive to basically complete the target of Head of the Front Work Committee, Head of Youth Unions and Associations being Party members. Regularly innovate the content and methods of operation, improve the quality and effectiveness of the Emulation Bloc and each member in the Bloc. Strive for 100% of cadres and civil servants in the agency to complete their tasks, of which over 90% complete their tasks well or better; build clean, strong, safe organizations and agencies...

In his concluding remarks at the conference, comrade Nguyen Hung Vuong requested agencies and units in the bloc to continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the emulation contents. The focus is to strengthen the propaganda for cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members and people on the arrangement and organization of the apparatus of the political system; participate in the preparation and organization of Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025 - 2030; propagate, thoroughly grasp and implement the Resolution of Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025 - 2030.

At the same time, promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels; strengthen propaganda and mobilize members, union members and people to participate in digital transformation in all fields; complete the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated housing for poor households in the province.
