Groundbreaking ceremony of AHARAI Resort Vinh Hy project

On June 17, in Vinh Hai commune (Ninh Hai), Gia Viet Joint Stock Company started the AHARAI Resort Vinh Hy project.

AHARAI Resort Vinh Hy project is built on an area of 48.74 hectares, with a total investment of 799 billion VND. The project has many high-end items such as: 82-villa bungalow resort with forest and sea view; 86 5-star luxury hotel rooms with a capacity of 700 guests/day. In addition, AHARAI also designed infinity pools, an International Convention Center, luxury restaurants in the forest, on the sea and many other amenities serving relaxation, sightseeing, health care, relaxation, entertainment, sports in a closed circle to bring visitors unique and interesting experiences of a classy and modern resort space.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee praised the efforts, endeavors and determination of Gia Viet Joint Stock Company and the active support of departments, branches and localities that have accompanied and supported, creating favorable conditions for investors to complete legal procedures on land, investment, construction, environment and fire prevention and fighting for the AHARAI Resort Vinh Hy project. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: The AHARAI Resort Vinh Hy project will be a bright spot, a driving force to promote tourism projects in the province to develop in the coming time. Through this, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the investor to implement the construction project to ensure safety, quality and on schedule committed to the province. At the same time, strictly comply with regulations on land planning, construction investment, environmental protection and relevant legal regulations; Supervision consultants and construction contractors strictly comply with construction standards and regulations, ensuring quality, construction safety, labor safety and environmental sanitation.

The construction process does not affect the life, production and activities of people in the neighboring areas of the Project. In particular, it does not affect the landscape and forest environment of Nui Chua National Park. For relevant departments, branches and localities, we continue to closely coordinate, accompany and support and have created the best conditions, promptly remove and effectively resolve difficulties and problems for investors during the project construction process. As for the province, we will always accompany businesses to promptly remove difficulties and problems, create the most favorable conditions for investors and effectively implement the highest incentive policies to support businesses in the coming time.
