Inauguration and handover of "Son Hai Love Village" in Huong Lap commune

This morning, August 16, Son Hai Group held the inauguration and handover ceremony of "Nghia Tinh Son Hai Village", Huong Lap Commune, Huong Hoa District, Quang Tri Province. Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Hung; Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Dao Manh Hung; and members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee attended.

In 2020, in the northern area of ​​Huong Hoa district, there were consecutive serious landslides, greatly affecting the lives and threatening the lives of people. Through many relief campaigns for people in Cuoi, Tri, Cooclong villages, Huong Lap commune, Chairman of Son Hai Group Nguyen Viet Hai had the idea of ​​building a new safe place to live for people in the landslide area.

In 2022, the project "Nghia Tinh Son Hai Village" was built by Son Hai Group on an area of ​​14.48 hectares with a total investment of nearly 40 billion VND, including 56 houses, each house is 54 ^m2 wide, with toilets and kitchens on the floor designed solidly in accordance with local customs and water and electricity supply systems... to each household. Along with that is the main traffic route in the village; 1 primary school and 1 kindergarten, 1 teacher's room and closed toilet; 1 community house were invested in construction.

In addition, Son Hai Group invested in building 2 terraced rice fields with an area of ​​7.59 hectares for people to move to the new place to produce wet rice; each household was given 1 breeding cow, 1 43-inch TV and internet system serving the whole village; monthly rice support of 7 kg/person under 15 years old and 15 kg/person over 15 years old for 3 years.

Receiving the new residence, representing 56 households and 271 people of the Van Kieu ethnic group, Cuoi Village Chief Ho Van Lai shared: Previously, the villagers in the old place faced many difficulties and dangers, especially during the rainy and stormy season. Now, thanks to Son Hai Group's support in building spacious houses, with electricity, TV to watch, convenient roads, schools for children to study, land for wet rice production... we are very excited, no longer worried about floods, landslides, and can live and produce with peace of mind to improve our lives.
