Khanh Hoa opens tour to Hon Ba peak, explores doctor Yersin's house

Yersin, Hon Ba secret".

The program will take visitors to visit Hon Ba peak, where Dr. A. Yersin's office is located, which was recognized as a National Historical and Cultural Relic in 2023.

The working house, also known as the experimental station, of Dr. Alexandre Yersin on the top of Hon Ba mountain was built around 1914. This place is associated with the life and career of scientific research and medicine serving humanity of the scientist - doctor A. Yersin.

This house is located at an altitude of 1,578 m, consisting of a 2-storey wooden house and a solid water tank, used by Dr. A. Yersin as a place to live while working and researching on the top of Hon Ba mountain. To this day, the house foundation and water tank still exist.

The program continues to take visitors to visit Dr. Yersin's grave, Suoi Dau livestock farm, Linh Son Phap An pagoda - places associated with this respected doctor.

Meanwhile, a representative of Tay Thai Binh Duong Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company (investor of Kong Forest tourist park) said that this unit also opened a tour to visit Hon Ba peak by bus from June 14.

The company will pick up guests at Kong Forest Tourist Park (Suoi Cat Commune, Cam Lam District), using open-top buses to transport guests to the top of Hon Ba to experience the cool climate all year round with an average temperature of 17 to 20 degrees Celsius.
