In order to promptly promulgate prices of goods and services determined by the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee requests departments and agencies managing sectors and fields of goods and services to promptly organize a review and assessment of current prices of goods and services under their management.

At the same time, advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue new documents on pricing and adjusting prices of goods and services according to the provisions of the 2023 Price Law and other relevant regulations.
Departments and agencies managing sectors and fields of goods and services shall organize the preparation of price plans and appraisal of price plans for goods and services under their management.
The Provincial People's Committee requests the agency assigned to preside over the appraisal of the price plan for goods and services to organize the collection of opinions from the Department of Finance on the price plan and opinions from relevant units to synthesize and complete the price plan appraisal report before submitting it to the Provincial People's Committee for pricing according to regulations.
