Quickly discover the murder case in Kbang district

(GLO)- On June 10, the Investigation Police Agency of Gia Lai Provincial Police announced that it had arrested a group of 15 subjects to investigate the murder that occurred on June 6, 2023 in Kbang district.

According to initial information, at around 10 p.m. on June 6, Nguyen Van Manh (born in 2007) was driving a motorbike with license plate 77F1-253.48 carrying Tran Quoc Trung (born in 2009, both residing in Dong commune, Kbang district) to play near the Square area (Kbang town) when he encountered a group of young men riding many motorbikes carrying weapons. When they saw the two children, the group of young men suddenly chased after them with weapons, so Manh drove the motorbike carrying Trung and escaped.

However, when they reached Quang Trung Street (Group 9, Kbang Town), Manh's car hit the median strip, causing both of them to fall. Manh then continued to run away, while Trung was surrounded and beaten by the group of young men with weapons. Although people promptly intervened and took him to the emergency room, Trung died at the Kbang Town Medical Station.

Immediately upon receiving the news of the case, Colonel Duong Van Long - Deputy Director, Head of the Investigation Police Agency of the Provincial Police Department directly went to the scene, directed the Criminal Police Department to coordinate with the Kbang District Police and related units to examine the scene and perform an autopsy to investigate and clarify the case.

At around 7:00 p.m. on June 9, the police force arrested 15 related subjects, including: Dinh Van Ot (born in 1998), Dinh Hiep (born in 2002), Dinh Van Truong (born in 2002), Dinh Mon (born in 2006), Dinh Van Thong (born in 2006), Dinh Vu (born in 2004), Dinh Van Than (born in 2007), Dinh Van Kuc (born in 2006), Dinh Van Roih (born in 1994), Dinh Van Trung (born in 2002), Dinh Van Uy (born in 2000), Dinh Van Nam (born in 2005), Dinh Bich (born in 2008, all residing in Dong commune, Kbang); Dinh Van Tuyen (born in 2002) and Dinh Van Sun (born in 2000, all residing in Kong Long Khong commune, Kbang).

Currently, the case is being further investigated by Gia Lai Provincial Police to clarify the cause and criminal acts of each subject for handling according to the provisions of law.
