In this program 'Discovering Green Factory', the audience will learn about green economic initiatives, closed-loop economic production chains "from green pastures to clean glasses of milk" and sustainable development at TH farms and factories.
TH Farm currently holds the world record for "The world's largest cluster of high-tech concentrated farms with a closed production process", certified by the World Records Union in December 2020. This is a typical example of applying initiatives and solutions towards green economy and circular economy in all stages of production, from green pastures to clean fresh milk products serving consumers. Balancing three factors: economy, environment and society TH Farm consists of 3 clusters, 9 farms and high-tech fields in Nghia Dan, Nghe An. This is where the entire closed, circular production chain converges, from growing raw materials, raising dairy cows and producing clean fresh milk.

Not only applying modern technology to protect the environment, TH farm cluster is also a typical example of green economy when ensuring harmony of 3 factors: economy, environment and society. Local people are facilitated to participate in TH's production chain, consuming products and also supporting with technology, water, fertilizer to improve the land for people, ensuring long-term livelihood.
Farmers grow and fertilize biomass corn with technical guidance and product purchase from TH Group.
From the pasture, the cows' diet is also carefully taken care of with two large, fully automatic feed mixing centers, ensuring the nutritional needs of each cow group and the best milk productivity and quality. Recently, TH has also conducted research and successfully improved the diet formula to both ensure nutrition and reduce methane gas emitted by cows during digestion. At the milk processing plant, with the goal of sustainable development, this enterprise has applied many green solutions in the production process.
Many initiatives to reduce plastic use, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, use solar batteries... are effectively applied at TH true MILK's factory.
From 2022, TH dairy factory will completely switch to Biomass boiler system to reduce 85% of greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, TH has implemented milk carton collection programs on TH true mart retail system, promoting recycling, implementing extended producer responsibility (EPR). Solar energy projects are also deployed at TH farms to minimize the use of national grid electricity and protect the environment. Turning waste into resources Turning waste into resources is a typical mindset of circular economy. At TH farm, organic waste is collected and processed into biological buffers for use in barns and producing organic fertilizers to return to the fields. This is a source of fertilizer with high nutritional content, easy to absorb by plants, helping to limit the use of inorganic chemical fertilizers, which can cause long-term consequences for cultivated land and the environment.
