Opening of the Electronic Information Portal for products, science and technology solutions, innovation and digital transformation

On April 9, the Ministry of Science and Technology officially launched the "Information portal for receiving and announcing scientific, technological, innovation and digital transformation products and solutions" to contribute to the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, at the access address: https://nq57.mst.gov.vn .

The portal for receiving and announcing scientific, technological, innovative and digital transformation products and solutions is the official channel for receiving proposals for new "Products - Solutions" on technology and digital transformation that have been successfully deployed and applied in practice in Vietnam, bringing practical results to agencies and businesses.

This is an activity to concretize Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP dated January 9, 2025 of the Government promulgating the Government's Action Program to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.

In addition, the Portal for receiving and announcing scientific, technological, innovative and digital transformation products and solutions is not only a platform for announcing technological products but also a bridge between technological initiatives and the national digital transformation process. This is a platform to promote community participation and encourage innovation in the application of digital technology and advanced technology in agencies and enterprises, especially in key areas of the country.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Pham Duc Long said that the electronic information portal was built to create a public, transparent and effective platform to receive, synthesize, evaluate and publish typical scientific, technological, innovative and digital transformation products and solutions, including successfully implemented solutions and products and new solutions and products with potential for application in the future.

"This is not only a tool to support the digital transformation process in state agencies and enterprises, but also an important bridge between technological initiatives and socio-economic development policies, contributing to improving national competitiveness," Deputy Minister Pham Duc Long emphasized.

The electronic portal is designed to ensure that the entire process of connecting, evaluating and announcing products, scientific and technological solutions, innovation and digital transformation is carried out online, publicly, transparently and conveniently.

Organizations, businesses and individuals can easily register, update product information, submit evaluation proposals and track feedback results from professional agencies without going through traditional paperwork. The Ministry of Science and Technology conducts online processing and evaluation (except for some special cases that require actual results).

"More than a digital platform, the Portal represents a new spirit in implementing Resolution 57, which is to strongly promote start-up, innovation, and improvement movements to improve work efficiency and labor productivity; promote the spirit of autonomy, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-reliance, and national pride - core values ​​that help us promote Vietnamese intelligence to successfully implement the goals of developing science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation," said Deputy Minister Pham Duc Long.

The electronic information portal has announced 71 outstanding digital technology products and solutions honored at the 2024 “Make in Vietnam” Digital Technology Product Award. These are specific achievements that have been and are promoting practical effectiveness in key areas such as industry, agriculture, education, health, transportation, finance, etc., contributing to improving people's lives and promoting socio-economic development.

Up to now, after 24 hours since opening the portal, there have been 80 proposed products and solutions registered. After reviewing the validity, 40 products and solutions have been received for processing.

FPT Corporation General Director Nguyen Van Khoa commented: "Resolution 57-NQ/TW opens a bright new chapter for the journey of developing the country through science, technology and innovation. FPT sees the launch of the Portal as not only a step forward in policy communication, but also a strategic connection platform between the Government and the technology business community."

The Ministry of Science and Technology hopes that in the coming time, the Portal will continue to be a place to recognize and spread creative initiatives, technical improvements, and application solutions - even the smallest ones, in line with the spirit of Resolution 57: "Expand and diversify forms of timely and worthy honor, recognition, and rewards" for scientists, inventors, businesses, organizations, and individuals who have contributed to the cause of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
