Expelled from the Party a Party member who violated forest resources

(GLO)- On May 17, information from the Inspection Committee of Kbang District Party Committee (Gia Lai Province) said: The unit has just completed the process and decided to expel from the Party comrade Dinh A Hyot - a party member living in Kon Kring village Party Cell, Kon Pne commune Party Committee.

Previously, at the 25th session held on May 12, the Inspection Committee of the Kbang District Party Committee, term IX (2020-2025), found that comrade Dinh A Hyot was a Party member but did not set an example in complying with Party regulations and State laws and policies.

Specifically, from October 5 to October 7, 2022, Dinh A Hyót, as the leader, initiated and directly illegally cut down 2 Sp5 trees in lot 5, compartment 5 and lot 4, compartment 6, sub-compartment 76, belonging to the special-use forest, forest area managed by the Kon Ka Kinh National Park Management Board, causing damage to ^{15,792m3 of} round timber; the Investigation Police Agency of Kbang District Police decided to prosecute the accused and proposed prosecution for violating regulations on forest exploitation, protection and forest product management.

Comrade Dinh A Hyot violated Regulation No. 37-QD/TW dated October 25, 2021 of the Party Central Committee on things that party members are not allowed to do, causing very serious consequences, damaging the prestige of himself and the party cell; causing bad public opinion in the party cell, party members and the masses in the area, to the extent that disciplinary action must be taken.

The Inspection Committee of Kbang District Party Committee voted to discipline comrade Dinh A Hyot by expelling him.
