Opening of the Culture, Tourism and Trade Promotion Week of Con Son

On the evening of September 30, the Cultural, Tourism and Trade Promotion Week of the Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival 2023 opened at the Con Son - Kiep Bac Special National Relic Site (Hai Duong) with the participation of Central leaders, leaders of Hai Duong province and tens of thousands of people and tourists.

Taking place from September 30 to October 3, 2023, the Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival Culture, Tourism and Trade Promotion Week has many rich and attractive activities: Promoting and introducing cultural and historical values, tourism products; unique art activities; displaying 65 booths introducing and selling OCOP products, agricultural products, handicrafts, typical craft villages of Hai Duong province and provinces and cities across the country such as: Quang Ninh, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Thai Binh, Vinh Phuc, Hung Yen, Ha Nam, Phu Yen, Dak Lak, Ben Tre, Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang, Son La, Hanoi, Hai Phong...

On the same evening, at the Kiep Bac Temple relic site, in Hung Dao commune (Chi Linh district, Hai Duong province), a memorial ceremony was held to commemorate national hero Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan on the 723rd anniversary of his death (1300 - 2023).

This is a major festival of Hai Duong province, held according to traditional rituals every year to review the glorious historical period of Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan and commemorate the great contributions of the national hero - military genius Tran Hung Dao.
