Customers using Vinamilk for more than 40 years, impressed by the modern, closed super factory

The tour to Vinamilk's largest super milk factory left many special impressions on members of the senior health club in Ho Chi Minh City.

After more than 40 years of using Vinamilk products, from Ông Thọ condensed milk to today's Vinamilk Sure Prevent Gold fresh milk or powdered milk, for many elderly consumers, Vinamilk has become very familiar, even a family companion product through generations.

However, this is the first time the uncles and aunts in the Senior Citizens Club of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City have seen and heard about a giant and most modern super milk factory today.

The delegation was introduced to Vinamilk's system of 13 modern factories from North to South, including the Vietnam Milk Super Factory (Mega Factory) with a capacity of over 800 million liters/year in Binh Duong.

The tour group listened to an introduction to the giant tank system - a symbol of the Mega factory. With a capacity of up to 150m3/tank, raw fresh milk is always preserved at a stable temperature to ensure quality before being put into the production line and canned.

The delegation observed and learned about many stages in the factory’s processing, bottling, and packaging process from outside the glass doors. These are completely closed areas, minimizing direct human impact to ensure food quality and safety. All stages are performed automatically by robots and machines.

The tour group was surprised by the information about the factory's modern canning line, which can produce 7 boxes of milk in just the blink of an eye (1 second). Ms. Tran Thi Le (HCMC) said that she has been using Vinamilk's dairy products for over 40 years. "Entering here, I was very impressed because the factory is so large and modern, everything is closed, automatic, and has machines to do everything. Seeing the company's production process with my own eyes, I see that my family's loyalty to Vinamilk up to now is absolutely correct," Ms. Le added.

The tour group lingered for a long time in the smart warehouse area, to see with their own eyes how a warehouse with 17 shelves, with a capacity of nearly 30,000 lots of goods, operated by only 1 employee through a central control system. Everyone was surprised and amazed when watching the sliders operate smoothly, bringing goods in and out according to pre-programmed principles.

Sharing her experience, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh said: “My family has been using Vinamilk milk for decades. I have always wished to visit the largest milk factory in Vietnam to see what it is like. Today, not only did I get my wish, but I also admire Vinamilk for making such a sophisticated product.”

The elderly are a customer group that Vinamilk has invested in researching and developing many products to suit their individual needs. Among them, Vinamilk Sure Prevent Gold powdered milk is like a "companion" providing and supplementing nutrients for the elderly, or Vinamilk Sure Diecerna powdered milk is for diabetics who need a suitable diet...

Continuing the journey of caring for the elderly over the past years, in 2024, Vinamilk is working with 15 hospitals nationwide to implement activities to care for the health of more than 37,000 elderly people across Vietnam. Recently, on the occasion of the International Day of Older Persons on October 1, Vinamilk also donated 200 million nutritional products to the Ninh Binh Province Association of the Elderly to support the elderly facing difficulties caused by Typhoon Yagi.
