Due to the impact of prolonged heavy rain, in the early morning of August 13, in Ha Hoa district, landslides occurred, trees fell onto the road, posing a potential risk to traffic safety.
At about 5:30 a.m. on August 13, at km24+800 of National Highway 70B, in Zone 4, Vo Tranh Commune, Ha Hoa District (at the IC11 intersection of Noi Bai-Lao Cai Expressway), a landslide occurred, about 40 cubic meters of rock and soil and many trees fell onto the road, affecting vehicles traveling on the above route.
The landslide occurred at km24+800 of National Highway 70B, Zone 4, Vo Tranh Commune, Ha Hoa District (at the IC11 intersection of Noi Bai-Lao Cai Expressway).
Immediately after receiving information about the landslide at km24+800 of National Highway 70B, Ha Hoa District Police directed the Traffic Police and Order Team to coordinate with Vo Tranh Commune Police and patrol and traffic control teams of the Traffic Police Department and Provincial Police to urgently go to the location of the landslide, place warning signs, organize traffic flow, and guide vehicles to avoid traffic congestion.
At the same time, Ha Hoa District Police advised the local Party Committee and authorities, directed the district's functional forces and Vo Tranh Commune authorities to coordinate in overcoming the consequences caused by the landslide. Currently, the road has been cleared, creating favorable conditions for vehicles to participate in traffic.
