Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requires investors to strictly comply with the provisions of law on construction investment activities. In particular, they must pay more attention to the quality of construction investment consultancy work; strictly manage consultancy contracts; control the selection and management of subcontractors to avoid loss, waste, negativity, and group interests.
Investors need to strengthen control and check the actual capacity of the survey unit compared to the bidding documents/proposal documents; ensure quality in the preparation and approval of survey tasks and design tasks.
