On October 29, Mr. Tran Van Quy, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thinh Loc Commune (Loc Ha District, Ha Tinh) said that due to the impact of storm No. 6 combined with high tides and strong waves in recent days, the roof of the sea dike section passing through Yen Diem village has eroded, collapsed, and opened its mouth. The erosion site is about 50-60m long, 8-10m wide, and is at risk of continuing to expand.
