Today (August 1), JBL launched the JBL Boombox wifi version, not only delivering JBL's signature sound via bluetooth, but also enhancing the experience with higher sound quality thanks to the all-new wifi connectivity.
Whether you're indoors or partying outdoors, just relax and let the music flow as the new Boombox speakers can sense your environment and automatically optimize the sound. Turn on your favorite tunes from your favorite music player thanks to AirPlay 2, Alexa MRM and Chromecast, using a wifi connection.
The JBL Boombox 3 comes in a sleek black design with striking gold details. The casing of both speakers is 90% recycled plastic and the speaker grille is made from 100% recycled fabric. Like previous versions, these new speakers are water and dust resistant.
JBL Boombox 3 wifi features: Powerful JBL Original Pro sound and clear bass; Speaker system spanning all 3 sound ranges: 1 subwoofer for bass, 2 speakers for midrange and 2 tweeters for treble; Wifi 6 for stable connection and high-quality audio streaming; HD audio performance up to 24bit/96kHz over Wifi; Bluetooth 5.3 (LE Audio available); Dolby Atmos 3D available on the Tidal sub-app in the JBL One app; Automatic sound adjustment; Up to 24 hours of music playback; AirPlay 2, Alexa MRM and Chromecast built-in support; IP67 water and dust resistance…
For enhanced connectivity and features, the JBL One app makes it easy to personalize settings on your JBL Boombox 3 wifi. For quick access to your favorite songs, add playlists to the JBL One app and tap the Moment button on the speaker to play music.
