The England winger will return to his former club on loan until the end of the 2023/24 season.
Borussia Dortmund paid MU £3 million loan fee and covered 2/3 of Sancho's salary (£190,000/week, MU paid the remaining £100,000/week).
The entire Dortmund team has just finished a training trip in Marbella and will compete with Darmstadt in the Bundesliga this weekend.
Jadon Sancho is definitely not able to participate because he needs time to regain his best physical condition. He has not played since August 2023, after being dropped from the MU squad due to unfortunate scandals with coach Ten Hag.
Jadon Sancho played for Dortmund for 4 years (from 2017-2021), played 137 times and scored 50 goals.
However, in two and a half seasons at MU, he scored only 12 goals and 6 assists in 82 appearances.
Initially, Dortmund's leadership had no intention of transferring Sancho - a player who had a bad record of being undisciplined and often arriving late to practice at the club.
However, due to the team's poor form, they decided to bring Sancho back in the hope of reviving the 23-year-old striker.
Commenting on his junior, former striker Louis Saha said: "Jadon is one of MU's biggest failed deals. He has good skills but his behavior and attitude are unprofessional.
In any situation, players are not allowed to put their ego first and think they are bigger than the coach. No matter what happens, I do not support Sancho."
