The Islamic State (IS) terrorist organization's Amaq news agency posted on Telegram on March 23 that IS has released a photo of what it said were the four attackers behind the crazy shooting that killed at least 143 people at the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Moscow on the evening of March 22.

In a statement citing security sources, Amaq also said: "The attack occurred in the context of a fierce war between IS and anti-Islamic countries."
IS has claimed responsibility for the attack, but there are signs that Russia is pursuing a link to Ukraine, despite Kiev officials repeatedly denying Kiev had any involvement.
Russian authorities said earlier in the day they had arrested 11 people, including four suspected gunmen, in connection with the attack.
The Russian Interior Ministry said the four suspected gunmen were all foreign citizens.
Previously, Russian media reported that some of the perpetrators were citizens of Tajikistan, a country bordering Afghanistan and where the self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS) organization operates.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has pledged to find and punish those behind the attack.
