Hoa Lu District Youth Union launched Youth Month 2024

Celebrating the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; arousing the spirit of volunteerism and initiative of cadres, union members and young people in the area, on February 26, Hoa Lu District Youth Union coordinated with the People's Committee of Truong Yen commune to launch the Youth Month 2024.

In recent years, the Youth Union and youth movement in Hoa Lu district have continued to achieve outstanding achievements and have new developments, creating trust and enthusiasm in each cadre, union member, youth and teenager. In response to Youth Month 2024, Hoa Lu District Youth Union focuses on organizing many meaningful and practical activities, projects and tasks such as: Planting trees; digitizing information on historical and cultural relic sites in the district; opening Party awareness training classes for outstanding union members; organizing visits and giving gifts to newly enlisted soldiers at their military units; propagating the prevention of plastic waste; organizing "Happy and Healthy Children's Festival", "Festival of Progress to the Union" ...

At the launching ceremony, the representative of the Standing Committee of Hoa Lu District Youth Union called on union members and young people in the district to continue promoting the spirit of volunteerism, actively organizing and participating in activities contributing to the development of the homeland, worthy of being the Party's reliable reserve force. Each person, each grassroots organization of the Union and Association needs to have practical and useful work for themselves, for each union member, family and society; actively participate in volunteer activities. At the same time, it is hoped that the activities of Youth Month will create a new mark, creating an important start for the work of the Union and the youth movement in 2024.

At the ceremony, Hoa Lu District Youth Union coordinated with VPBank Hoa Lu District Branch to present 10 gifts to disadvantaged students in Truong Yen Commune; presented a plaque symbolizing the youth project to Truong Yen Commune Youth Union; and launched a youth team to promote cultural tourism in Truong Yen Commune.

After the launching ceremony, Hoa Lu District Youth Union organized the planting and inauguration of the "Youth Tree Row" project in Nam village (Truong Yen commune); inaugurated the project to digitize information of the National Historical and Cultural Relic of Am Tien Pagoda and Cave in Thang Thanh village, Truong Yen commune.
