The first district in Hanoi approves land use plan for 2025

(Dan Tri) - Hanoi People's Committee has just announced Decision 6779/2024 on approving the 2025 land use plan of Me Linh district.

On December 31, 2024, the Hanoi People's Committee announced the decision to approve the 2025 land use plan for Me Linh district. Me Linh is the first district in Hanoi to have its 2025 land use plan approved.

The approved 2025 land use plan of Me Linh district is accompanied by a 1/10,000 scale 2025 land use plan map and a summary explanatory report on the 2025 land use plan of this district. This land use plan was signed and confirmed by the Director of the Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment on December 26, 2024.

The list of projects and works included in the 2025 land use plan includes 104 projects with a total area of ​​1,140.37 hectares.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Me Linh District People's Committee to be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and implementing the projects in the 2025 land use plan. In case, during the year of implementing the plan, there are works and projects with sufficient legal basis for implementation, the Me Linh District People's Committee will synthesize and report to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to submit to the Hanoi People's Committee for approval of additional land use plans as a basis for implementation according to regulations.

The Hanoi People's Committee also requested the Me Linh District People's Committee to organize the announcement and publicization of the land use plan in accordance with the provisions of the land law. The locality needs to carry out land recovery in accordance with the approved land use plan.

The People's Committee of Me Linh district is assigned to organize the inspection of the implementation of the land use plan, promptly detect and handle violations of the land use plan, strengthen the inspection and supervision of the implementation of the land use plan to ensure the feasibility of the land use plan in 2025.

The People's Committee of Me Linh district needs to balance and determine capital sources to implement the land use plan to ensure the feasibility of the land use plan. The locality is assigned to organize the implementation of the land use plan, strictly, ensuring the land use indicators approved by the Hanoi People's Committee.

In addition, the People's Committee of Me Linh district was assigned to report the results of land use plan implementation before October 15.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to carry out land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose conversion in accordance with the approved land use plan. This agency is also required to organize inspections of the implementation of the land use plan; regularly update works and projects (qualified) to submit to the Hanoi People's Committee for approval to supplement the annual land use plan list according to regulations.
