The 10th grade exam schedule for 2024 in Hung Yen province will take place from June 3-5. The exam content will be within the scope of the secondary school program issued by the Ministry of Education and Training .

The People's Committee of Hung Yen province has issued a plan for admission to grade 10 for the 2024-2025 school year with some changes compared to the previous school year. Compared to the 2023-2024 school year, the entrance exam to grade 10 of public high schools in the 2024-2025 school year in Hung Yen has reduced 2 subjects: one Natural Science subject (Physics, Chemistry or Biology), one Social Science subject (History, Geography or CivicEducation ).

The 2024 grade 10 entrance exam schedule in Hung Yen will take place from June 3-5, 2024. Specifically, on the afternoon of June 3, candidates will go to the exam room to complete exam registration procedures, correct errors (if any) and listen to the announcement of exam regulations and schedule.

On the morning of June 4, candidates will take the Literature exam for 120 minutes, and in the afternoon, the Math exam for 90 minutes. On June 5, candidates will take the English exam for 60 minutes.

For candidates registering for the entrance exam to Hung Yen High School for the Gifted, they will take the specialized subject exam in the afternoon of June 5, within 150 minutes. Every year, the Department of Education and Training of Hung Yen province decides to randomly select 1 subject from the Natural Sciences and 1 subject from the Social Sciences.

According to the 2024-2025 school year enrollment plan, the Literature exam will be in essay format, with a duration of 120 minutes. Math and English will be in multiple-choice format, with a duration of 90 and 60 minutes, respectively. The exam content is within the scope of the secondary school curriculum issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, mainly in grade 9.

Admission to grade 10 of non-specialized public high schools and grade 10 of Hung Yen Specialized High School are organized into one exam. The admission method is entrance exam.

Candidates for Hung Yen Specialized High School take 4 exams, including 3 general exams with the entrance exam for grade 10 of non-specialized public high schools and one specialized subject exam. Candidates registering for a specialized class must take the specialized exam for that subject.

The People's Committee of Hung Yen province assigned specific tasks to each department, branch, unit, district, town, and city in directing and organizing the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2023 school year.
