In the third quarter competition of the 24th year of the program "Road to Olympia", Vo Quang Phu Duc, a math major in grade 11 at Quoc Hoc High School for the Gifted in Hue, won the laurel wreath and entered the final round.

With this achievement, Vo Quang Phu Duc brought the 7th "Road to Olympia" television show back to the ancient capital of Hue.

The live broadcast of the 24th "Road to Olympia" final will be held at Ngo Mon Square on October 13, instead of at Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted as in previous times.

Ngo Mon Square is a large, majestic space located between Ngo Mon Gate and the flagpole of Hue Citadel, a symbolic location of the ancient capital.

After the 2023 final televised competition with the presence of Nguyen Minh Triet, a student of Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted, this is the second consecutive year that students from this famous school have been present in the final round of "Road to Olympia".
