Support from the system of radio transmitters, antennas, and transmitters to the organization of training for media personnel for Cambodia helps people of both countries access official and quality information sources. From there, people become more connected, for the development of solidarity and friendly neighborly relations between Vietnam and Cambodia.

Deputy General Director of
the Voice of Vietnam Vu Hai Quang said that these are two mobile radio and television vehicles with the most modern technology today, using IP technology, convenient for transmitting signals from the mobile vehicle back to the center, ensuring the technical quality of images, sound, and lighting for the production of the best quality programs. Speaking at the vehicle reception ceremony, Mr. Khieu Kanharith, then Minister of Information of Cambodia, said that these two vehicles will be exploited and used mainly for the activities of the National Assembly and the Government. In addition, the vehicles will also be used effectively and practically, serving the people with good products and ensuring the best quality. Mr. Khieu Kanharith affirmed that Vietnam's support has contributed significantly to the development of a synchronous radio and television production system and chain in Cambodia. In addition to mobile radio and television vehicles, since 2008, Vietnam has continuously deployed support for radio transmitter systems, antennas, decoders, and synchronized auxiliary equipment; radio program editing and production systems; live radio broadcasting systems... in 23/25 provinces and cities; and supported equipment and synchronized television auxiliary systems for 5 provinces and cities. At the same time, Vietnam regularly sends engineers and high-tech experts to build, install, operate, and maintain to support Cambodia in maximizing the effectiveness of such equipment. Training courses on converting from traditional radio to digitalizing programs also help improve the technical capacity and experience of Cambodian radio and television technical staff.
