Meeting to evaluate the results of coordination in information and propaganda between the Provincial People's Council, Ninh Thuan Newspaper, Ninh Thuan Radio and Television Station

On March 7, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council coordinated with Ninh Thuan Newspaper, Ninh Thuan Radio and Television Station to hold a meeting to evaluate the results of implementing the regulations on coordination of information and propaganda work among the three parties. Comrade Tran Minh Luc, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended the meeting.

Over the past time, the coordination activities between the three units have been tight, timely and comprehensive in accordance with the law and signed regulations. In particular, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council have proactively and effectively coordinated information and propaganda; fully and promptly issued documents, invitations, plans, provided documents and data related to the activities of the People's Council, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, People's Council committees, delegations and delegates of the Provincial People's Council in various fields. For Ninh Thuan Newspaper, from 2022 to present, it has published 129 news and articles related to programs, activities and sessions of the People's Council; promptly informed about the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council passed at the sessions to help cadres, civil servants and people in the province grasp, respond and agree to soon put the resolutions into practice. Ninh Thuan Radio and Television Station has broadcast more than 40 news, reports and interviews/month on the activities of the People's Council in various fields; produce a 15-minute report on "Imprints through half a term"; improve the quality of live broadcasting of the opening, closing and questioning sessions of the Provincial People's Council meetings, and explanation sessions at the request of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council...

At the conference, the units focused on clarifying the achieved results, and at the same time proposed and recommended specific tasks and solutions to improve the quality of information and propaganda in the coming time.

Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council highly appreciated the coordination between units; at the same time, he acknowledged the difficulties and proposals of Ninh Thuan Newspaper, Ninh Thuan Radio and Television Station related to digital platforms and reporters. In the coming time, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council will acknowledge and coordinate the implementation and promotion of a number of development projects of newspapers and radio stations to meet the increasingly high requirements of information and propaganda work; promote the storage of information, images and reports. The Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council proactively coordinates with newspapers and radio stations to provide information and documents related to propaganda content upon request; create conditions for reporters and editors to work; coordinate with newspapers and radio stations to train staff in improving the quality of images and news articles on the Provincial People's Council Information Portal. Newspapers and radio stations coordinate with the office to organize and implement propaganda plans to achieve quality and effectiveness.
