On August 18, the closing ceremony of the Technology Talent Development Program - Samsung Innovation Campus for the 2022-2023 school year took place in Hanoi. This is a program initiated in 2019, aiming to train and develop high-tech knowledge for students and teachers across Vietnam. This year, the program attracted 3,200 students and teachers from 33 schools in 12 provinces and cities.

The Technology Talent Development Project - Samsung Innovation Campus 2022 - 2023 was officially launched on September 21, 2022 to develop high-tech capacity for the young generation of Vietnam - those who will lead the success of the 4th Industrial Revolution in the future.
The program offers 3 technology competency development courses for youth aged 14-24, including: Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data and 1 Coding & Programming course. Along with specialized knowledge, the project also provides career skills content to supplement and improve learners throughout the program.
To date, after nearly 1 year of implementation, the project has been deployed in 33 schools in 12 provinces and cities across the country including secondary schools, high schools, colleges and universities, providing opportunities for high-tech training and development for more than 3,200 students and teachers nationwide.
Specifically, more than 2,400 students participated in the Basic Programming Skills course, more than 200 students participated in the Internet of Things course, more than 300 students participated in the Artificial Intelligence course, and 50 students were trained in Big Data.
In addition, with the aim of enhancing sustainability in implementation, the Samsung Innovation Campus 2022-2023 project has also organized training courses for more than 200 teachers, to support the improvement of professional and pedagogical capacity as well as supplement practical teaching ability. The teacher training courses are designed by leading experts from Samsung Group as well as major research institutions and universities nationwide.
Also within the framework of the project, with the desire to build a healthy playground for students to fully demonstrate the knowledge and skills acquired from the program as well as have the opportunity to interact with friends with the same passion nationwide, the project's coordinating board organized the "Innovation Tech Challenge - 2023" Science and Technology Innovation Competition for students who have participated in the SIC program, in the form of Robocon competition. This is also the first time the competition has applied this new competition format.
Accordingly, the competition has the participation of 6 university teams and 8 high school teams from 7 provinces and cities. The teams will create a unique robot model and use this model to compete on a common field, overcoming tasks and obstacles to gain points.
In the end, after dramatic competitions, with skillful skills and accurate products, the two teams AD2 WIN from An Duong High School - Hai Phong and WARRIOTS from Duy Tan University - Da Nang became the two winning teams of the competition.

At the event, Mr. Tran Van Dat - Acting Director of the Department of Political Education and Student Affairs, Ministry of Education and Training shared: “The Samsung Innovation Campus program is one of the most effective and practical programs. Through the call for support from the Ministry of Education and Training, we have many different programs, but it can be said that this is the program that is considered the most practical and effective. We hope that in the near future, the education sector will continue to receive the support and support of Samsung and JA Vietnam to continue implementing this program annually."
The Samsung Innovation Campus program was officially launched globally in 2019. This is one of Samsung's typical social responsibility programs and has expanded to 33 countries worldwide such as the US, Germany, Spain, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand...
In Vietnam, the program has also been implemented since 2019. After 5 years, the program has provided about 6,021 Vietnamese youth and about 389 teachers with courses such as C&P, AI, Big Data, IoT. Up to now, the project has expanded to about 40 schools and 20 provinces and cities nationwide.
