Acting Chairman of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong has just signed a decision approving the investment policy and approving investor Lung Lo 51 Joint Stock Company to implement the Cam Tuyen 1 livestock farm project in Cam Tuyen commune, Cam Lo district.
Accordingly, the total investment capital of the project is over 275.45 billion VND, of which the investor's contributed capital is over 97.9 billion VND, and the loan capital from credit institutions is over 177.5 billion VND.
The project scale is about 32.78 hectares including land, water surface, and ground; the farm has a scale of 2,400 sows, 60 boars and 24,000 pigs divided into 2 standard barns. These two barns are invested in construction according to new technology standards, meeting general requirements for design and coordination with components into a complete system.
Products and services provided include: trading and leasing livestock farms; directly raising livestock; trading in animal feed, wholesaling feed and raw materials for livestock, poultry and aquatic products; operating waste treatment systems and producing and trading in fertilizers and livestock waste.
After completing relevant procedures and constructing and installing items, phase 1 of livestock farming will be handed over and put into operation in July 2027; phase 2 of livestock farming will be handed over and put into operation in December 2028.
The Provincial People's Committee requests Lung Lo 51 Joint Stock Company to implement the project in accordance with the approved content. Do not construct or implement the project and do not carry out activities that change the land use purpose or expand the area to the surrounding area without permission from the competent authority.
At the same time, seriously and fully carry out environmental impact assessment, use advanced livestock farming techniques and do not discharge waste into the environment...
