On October 21, a representative of My Duc Hospital said that Uom Mam Hanh Phuc is a program to support the cost of in vitro fertilization for couples who want to have children, have indicated for in vitro fertilization but have not been able to do so due to difficult economic conditions. The program was initiated by Professor - Doctor Nguyen Thi Ngoc Phuong (senior advisor of My Duc Hospital), with the desire to bring complete family happiness to Vietnamese families, especially couples who have difficulty conceiving and face a lot of financial pressure.
The program takes place periodically in the fourth quarter of each year, starting from 2014 until now. Nurturing Happiness has gone through 9 seasons accompanying nearly 500 couples who want children but are in difficult circumstances, helping them reach their dream of a happy family.
Many couples who were on the brink of marriage and suffered a lot of damage due to social prejudices when they could not have children. Their lives have turned a new page since joining the program. The number of cases that will be treated in this batch is expected to be 100 couples, this is the highest number in the seasons of Nurturing Happiness .

The program is currently accepting applications until October 31, 2023. From November 1, 2023 to November 11, 2023, the organizing committee, consisting of IVF specialists, will screen couples according to the program's participation criteria and send the results to the couples. From November 16, at the facilities of the My Duc IVF system, doctors will examine and perform ultrasound to re-check the condition of the uterus and ovaries in the first days of the menstrual cycle and start IVF treatment. The program will also reject cases with test results that do not match the information provided to the program (through records and consultation with doctors).
Documents can be sent directly or by post to My Duc Hospital, No. 4 Nui Thanh, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City or the hospital's affiliated facilities in Da Nang, Binh Duong, Dak Lak.

Cases that have been assigned to IVF by specialized doctors (working at one of the IVF centers recognized by the Ministry of Health) and
1. The couple has no children together, has been expecting a child for 1 year or more, and has had a marriage certificate for 1 year or more at the time of application submission.
2. Untreated or failed ≤ 3 embryo transfers
3. Not financially able to perform in vitro fertilization
4. Wife's age ≤37 (according to ID card/CCCD at the time of application submission)
5. Have normal ovarian reserve (AMH greater than or equal to 2 ng/ml or AFC ≥ 10 follicles)
6. Both husband and wife do not have sexually transmitted diseases (HIV, syphilis...)
7. No tumor in the ovary, size ≥ 4 cm
8. No frozen embryos
9. Normal breast ultrasound results
10. The fallopian tube is not hydrosalpinx, if present, it has been treated with clamping or cutting.
11. The uterus is not abnormal.
12. Husband has ≥ 1 million motile sperm in semen (calculation formula: total number of sperm x percentage of progressively motile sperm)
