More than 10,000 people attended Techfest Vietnam 2024

On November 28, the National Innovation Festival Techfest Vietnam 2024 in Hai Phong city closed.

According to Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Hoang Minh, Techfest Vietnam 2024 has attracted more than 250 exhibition booths from creative startups, businesses displaying typical products, local nature and from countries and international friends, including more than 40 booths from Korea.

The products and services presented at Techfest Vietnam 2024 in Hai Phong this year also demonstrate a difference between small businesses and creative start-up organizations and individuals.

Techfest Vietnam 2024 clearly reflects in all booths that are based on new technology and business models.

The 10th National Creative Startup Festival had nearly 10,000 attendees, more than 1,100 speakers and experts participating in sharing, connecting more than 200 international representatives, showing the development of the ecosystem, gradually moving forward and integrating with the international community.

The innovative startup ecosystem has also gradually created a common playground for ministries, branches, localities, and socio-political organizations to join hands and strive for a common goal of contributing to innovation, growth, and socio-economic development of Vietnam.

The Deputy Minister of Science and Technology highly appreciated the organization and operation of Techfest Vietnam 2024, especially the series of activities throughout the year of localities, including the People's Committee of Hai Phong City and organizations that have supported innovative startups.

Vietnam's creative industry ecosystem has basically passed the first stage and is entering the stage of expanding and connecting creative startup ecosystems in the region and around the world.

Therefore, the role, status and position of cities are adjusted and changed, especially the role of local authorities as well as the Government and the participation of large enterprises.

Entering a new phase, the ecosystem also requires closer connection and linkage between the components of the ecosystem to create a sustainable and developing ecosystem.
