The forum is organized by the Hai Phong City People's Committee in coordination with the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). This is also an important economic event organized annually by the Business Forum Magazine, the Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA), the Hai Phong Logistics Association (HPLA), and the Department of Industry and Trade of Hai Phong City from 2021 under the direction of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

According to the Organizing Committee, this forum will provide independent, multi-dimensional assessments of the logistics development orientation of the Red River Delta as well as Hai Phong City; Identify bottlenecks in logistics digital transformation and propose solutions; Assess logistics digital transformation trends from international lessons combined with appropriate practices for the conditions of the Vietnamese logistics industry in general and the Red River Delta in particular in relation to the development context of the region and the world.
