The Provincial Farmers' Association will coordinate and support Nha Ho Cotton Research and Agricultural Development Institute in implementing scientific research activities; building pilot models of science and technology application; proposing scientific tasks based on the functions and tasks of each party. The signing aims to enhance the ability to cooperate in scientific research, training and transfer of technical advances between the two units in the field of agricultural production; at the same time, mobilize resources to effectively implement the development orientation of each unit in the coming time.
