The delegation included representatives of the Hanoi Journalists Association, the Hanoi Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Vietnam and City Women Journalists Club; leaders of a number of city press agencies and female journalists from the City Journalists Association's branches and sub-branches.

The first destination of the delegation was the Traditional House in Roong Khoa hamlet, Diem Mac commune (Dinh Hoa), where the Vietnam Journalists Association was born. This is one of the important relics located in the ATK Dinh Hoa National Special Relic Complex. Through more than 100 documents, artifacts, and images preserved and introduced at the souvenir exhibition house, the members of the delegation had the opportunity to review the historical milestones and the 74-year journey of establishment and growth of the Vietnam Journalists Association.
Next, the delegation visited the ATK Dinh Hoa Exhibition House located at the foot of De Pass, Phu Dinh Commune, in the ATK Dinh Hoa Special National Monument Complex, Thai Nguyen. The ATK Dinh Hoa Exhibition House was inaugurated on May 17, 1997, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the day the Party Central Committee, the Government, and President Ho Chi Minh lived and worked at ATK Dinh Hoa (May 20, 1947 - May 20, 1997). This place currently preserves more than 300 documents, photos, and artifacts about ATK Dinh Hoa during the resistance war against French colonialism (1946-1954) and provides an overview of the development of Thai Nguyen province during the period of national construction and innovation.
Also on the journey back to the source, the delegation offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Memorial House in Deo De, Phu Dinh Commune, Dinh Hoa District. Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, Editor-in-Chief of the Capital Women's Newspaper Le Quynh Trang - Head of the Hanoi Women's Journalists Club, on behalf of the delegates in the delegation, expressed their respect to Uncle Ho - the great teacher of Vietnam's revolutionary journalism. The delegation also offered incense to report on the achievements that the Hanoi Journalists Association has achieved in the past time.

Also on the journey back to the source in the historical land of Thai Nguyen, the delegation of the Hanoi Journalists Association visited the tea cultural space; met and exchanged and presented souvenirs to the Thai Nguyen Provincial Journalists Association.
The journey back to the source has contributed to educating the tradition for the generation of cadres and members of the Hanoi Journalists Association today, thereby striving to fulfill assigned tasks well, actively contributing to the development of the country's press.
