Conference on information, propaganda and listening to people's opinions in the second quarter of 2024

The conference listened to the leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee inform about the results of the 11th Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, term 2024 - 2029; the results of the Front's work in the first 6 months of 2024; information on disseminating the Ninh Thuan Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050. On behalf of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee Office quickly informed about the province's socio-economic situation in the first 6 months of 2024.

Comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee chaired the conference.

After hearing the information at the conference, the delegates expressed their joy and excitement at the results of the 11th Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, term 2024 - 2029, which was successfully organized, hoping that the members of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the new term would promote the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, enthusiasm, and contribute to the development of the locality; at the same time, highly appreciated the results that the province has achieved in the past time. In addition, the delegates also made many recommendations such as: requesting the province to study and tighten regulations on pesticide residues on crops; investing in infrastructure connectivity, especially traffic works, including speeding up the implementation of the planning of Thanh Son Airport into a combined military and civil airport; closely following the grassroots to grasp information, ensuring solidarity in religion; strengthening control and preventing the sale of electronic cigarettes.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the enthusiastic and responsible contributions of intellectuals, religious dignitaries, and prestigious people in the community for the development of the province. On that basis, the Front will synthesize recommendations and send them to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and resolution; hoping that they will fully convey the contents of the conference to the people; continue to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of all classes of people, thereby acting as a bridge to convey them to Party committees, authorities, the Front, and organizations for consideration and resolution. He also requested that the competent authorities continue to lead and direct the early realization of the province's development planning goals for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050, in response to the wishes and aspirations of the people.
