Focused on directing all levels and sectors to institutionalize and organize the implementation of policies and resolutions of the Party Committee; assigned responsibilities and promoted the role of Party Committee members in directing and organizing implementation in the sectors and localities under their charge. Focused on inspecting and supervising the dissemination and implementation of Party Committee policies, while strengthening the role and responsibility of Party Committee members in charge of sectors and localities to promptly detect and remove obstacles in the implementation process. Thanks to that, the province's economy continues to develop stably, many targets have been achieved and exceeded the plan. The total product in the province (GRDP) increased by 7.37%, higher than the national average. The budget revenue in the area (domestic) remained at over 10,000 billion VND. The disbursement rate of public investment capital was maintained in the top of the country. This is the second consecutive year that the province has surpassed the 1,000 newly registered enterprises milestone. The total investment capital attracted to the province has increased more than 2 times compared to the same period in 2022, in which foreign direct investment (FDI) registered for investment in the province has grown remarkably, reaching over 3 billion USD. The new rural construction program continues to be implemented in depth and substance. The provincial planning has basically been completed, ensuring quality and strategic vision. Culture and society have made much progress, social security is guaranteed. National defense and security are maintained. The work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system has been seriously and resolutely directed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. Solutions to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations and improve the quality of party members have been promoted.
