Construction of Sun Group Ha Nam project is rushing to 'race' to hand over houses after 8 months

Nearly 2,000 workers are working day and night at the construction site of the Sun Urban City Ha Nam resort urban project to meet the schedule for handing over high-rise apartments in June 2025.

Arriving at the construction site of the Sun Urban City Ha Nam project on a day in early November, what appeared before our eyes was a chaotic scene of machinery and equipment scattered about, with nearly 2,000 construction workers from contractors Contecons, Delta, Tan Minh Nhan, and Phan Vu rushing to work. In just a short time, the first items of the 420-hectare resort metropolis gradually appeared, including the Sun World water park, 2 low-rise and high-rise subdivisions, the 150m wide Nguyen Van Linh festival axis, the 68m wide Dien Bien Phu street axis...

At the end of October, when Sun Property (a member ofSun Group ) introduced the Art Residence apartment to the market, the construction site began to rush to "race the pace". According to the investor, each building will have 1 basement and 9 floors above ground. Each apartment floor has a ceiling height of nearly 5m. To date, the foundation and basement systems of the high-rise buildings have been completed. With this progress, it is expected that the first 2 apartment buildings will be topped out by the end of December.

Currently, the first two high-rise buildings have begun to make the floor beams for the 3rd and 4th floors. Nearly 700 workers of the contractor Coteccons are working hard on the construction site to meet the first milestone, which is the end of November, when the entire basement and foundation of the remaining 6 high-rise buildings will be completed. According to the plan, from the beginning of 2025, the contractor will increase the number of staff to bring the project to the finish line on schedule, which is to hand over the houses in June 2025.

The Kim Tien low-rise subdivision has also been deployed. All townhouses and villas in the project have basements with ceilings nearly 4m high. Therefore, the pile foundation implementation is extremely important, requiring contractors to construct with high quality, high precision, and absolute safety. Traffic infrastructure and stormwater drainage in the Kim Tien subdivision have also been completed since October.

All technical operations require meticulousness and precision, both meeting the schedule and ensuring the highest quality. The investor also carries out landscape construction in parallel: parks, planting trees, building squares, and festival axes so that residents receiving their houses will experience a living space with full amenities.

Right now, moving on the highway, you can immediately see the images of the games of Sun World Water Park being installed. This is just one of 5 large parks in the project. The park is expected to be operational on April 30 next year. A representative of Sun World (a member of Sun Group) said that they are recruiting staff to operate the park to be ready to open to serve the people in the summer of 2025. This will be the first water park in the entire Sun World system to be open 24/7.

Director of the Sun Group Project Management Board in Ha Nam, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tuan, shared that he has arranged nearly 600 workers to focus on building the park, ready to work overtime until 10pm every day due to the relatively favorable weather conditions in the North at the moment. In the final stage, it is even possible to mobilize nearly 1,000 workers to focus on the final items. "It is expected that by the end of November, 2 complex games will be installed, as the first milestone for our efforts and determination. Other items on the infrastructure of the entire park will be completed before the New Year 2025," said Mr. Tuan.

Right next to the buildings is a 150m wide festival axis on Nguyen Van Linh Street, connecting from the new administrative center square of Ha Nam province to the border of Le Cong Thanh Street, expected to be completed in early 2025, before the Lunar New Year of At Ty. The section from Le Cong Thanh Street to Le Hoan Street is expected to be completed on April 30, 2025.

Meanwhile, the 68m wide Dien Bien Phu road section connecting Phu Thu intersection to the end of the new administrative center of Ha Nam province, 2.2km long, is committed to be completed by December 31 this year. Phu Thu intersection - the intersection of Phap Van - Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway and the capital region's Ring Road 5, is also the closest point to Sun Urban City Ha Nam, which is currently being deployed on a 3-storey scale, expected to be completed in 2025.
