Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association

On March 15, 2024, in Komatsu city (Ishikawa province, Japan), the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation with the Japan Young Entrepreneurs Association.

According to the content of the memorandum of understanding, within 2 years from the signing date, the two sides will coordinate to organize projects to promote cooperation between Japanese and Vietnamese organizations; build networks with relevant organizations in each country to contribute to promoting business exchanges between Japan and Vietnam, and at the same time contribute to the economic development of both countries by promoting cooperation and mutual support between the Japan Young Entrepreneurs Association and the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association.

In addition, the two sides will coordinate to implement market development projects, with the participation of member companies of both organizations; implement projects to promote business expansion to Japan and Vietnam; and at the same time create favorable conditions and best arrange the reception of delegations of both sides to visit and work in Japan and Vietnam.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Dang Hong Anh, Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association expressed his hope that the cooperative relationship between the two Young Entrepreneurs Associations of Vietnam - Japan in particular; Japan - ASEAN in general will open up many opportunities for cooperation and development in the fields of: Import and export, logistics, agricultural products, information technology, innovation, etc.

Mr. Dang Hong Anh also assessed that Japan is currently one of the leading countries and has achieved many important achievements in developing green economy and circular economy.

Therefore, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association hopes that after the Memorandum of Understanding is signed, the two sides will focus on promoting cooperation in the field of green economy and circular economy in a number of contents: Organizing joint seminars and forums to share experiences, knowledge and update the latest trends in green economy and circular economy; Connecting businesses of the two countries through trade connection activities, trade promotion, investment to create opportunities for cooperation, developing green economy and circular economy projects; Encouraging businesses of the two countries to jointly research, develop and apply advanced technologies in the field of green economy and circular economy; Supporting businesses of the two countries in accessing capital sources and preferential policies for green economy and circular economy projects.

On this occasion, the delegation of Vietnamese Young Entrepreneurs attended activities within the framework of the 43rd National Conference - an annual event organized by the Japan Young Entrepreneurs Association, to promote cooperation and connection between young Japanese entrepreneurs and young entrepreneurs of ASEAN member countries in exchanging experiences and promoting trade, for the common development of young Japanese entrepreneurs and young entrepreneurs in the ASEAN region.

Japan Young Entrepreneurs Association (Japan YEG) is an organization established in 1983, a member of the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which organizes forums for exchange and cooperation of the young entrepreneur community throughout Japan, promoting the development of member businesses.
