Accordingly, the City People's Committee assigned the Department of Internal Affairs to coordinate with the City Post Office and the People's Committees of communes and wards to implement the investigation and survey. The scope of investigation and survey is the city's agencies and units that carry out administrative procedures for organizations, individuals and the People's Committees of communes and wards.

The People's Committees of communes and wards shall strengthen information and propaganda to raise awareness of cadres, civil servants, public employees, people and organizations about the purpose, meaning and content of the satisfaction survey so that people understand and actively respond to the investigation and survey.

At the same time, coordinate with the Department of Internal Affairs to establish and provide a list of people and representatives of organizations that have resolved administrative procedures and received results of administrative procedure resolution in all areas under their locality's responsibility.

The City Post Office arranges a team of investigators with skills and experience in communicating, exchanging, and capturing information with organizations and individuals during the investigation and survey process; the investigation and survey work must be carried out independently, objectively, and accurately.

Investigators conduct investigations seriously, honestly and strictly comply with the requirements and instructions of the Internal Affairs Department; absolutely do not use the phone to conduct investigations and surveys of organizations and individuals.

The Department of Internal Affairs, the City Post Office and relevant agencies and units are required to strengthen supervision and review of the implementation of investigations and surveys; manage, inspect and promptly handle violations in the issuance and collection of investigation and survey forms to ensure complete, accurate and objective investigation results.
