Judicial Academy gives gifts to policy families in Binh Thuan

On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2023), the Ho Chi Minh City-based Judicial Academy Trade Union coordinated with the Trade Union and the Youth Union of the Binh Thuan Department of Justice to organize a program to return to the source and give gifts to families in difficult circumstances, those who contributed to the revolution, and young people in Dong Giang commune (Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan province).

The delegation included Mr. Nguyen Truong Thiep - Deputy Director of the Judicial Academy, concurrently Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Branch, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thang - Deputy Director of the Binh Thuan Department of Justice and teachers and students of the Judicial Academy.

Ho Chi Minh City Judicial Academy presented meaningful gifts to families with revolutionary contributions and families in difficult circumstances.

At the ceremony, members of the delegation and representatives of local Party committees and authorities personally presented 45 gifts, including 40 gifts worth 1.5 million VND (1 million VND in cash) to policy households and students in difficult circumstances, and 5 gifts of lawn mowers to the youth union in the commune...

Mr. Nguyen Truong Thiep said that, in addition to professional work, the Academy regularly organizes activities of "Repaying gratitude", charity... In the context of the whole country preparing to celebrate the 76th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, the Academy organized activities of "Repaying gratitude", "When drinking water, remember its source" in Dong Giang commune.

The delegation presented gifts to disadvantaged students who overcame difficulties and achieved good academic results in Dong Giang commune (Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan province).

“Each gift given today, although not of great value, is a part of encouragement and sharing of affection with Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, families of war invalids and martyrs, families with preferential policies, youth union members starting businesses, and poor students overcoming difficulties in studying in the locality,” Mr. Thiep added.

On the same day, the delegation held an incense offering ceremony for President Ho Chi Minh and heroic martyrs at the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee Base Relic Site in Sa Lon.
