Love to conquer numbers in English

Participating in the Vietnamese and international Mathematical Olympiads, through many rounds of competition, Nguyen Minh Quan always brought home proud achievements with a collection of medals. With a special love for Math, since childhood, Minh Quan was able to recognize numbers and calculations easily.

To be good at Math, for Minh Quan, it is not only about building good study habits but "from grade 1, you should pay attention to the teacher's lectures and complete your homework in class. When you get better, you can expand to new types of math, and look up Google to research more knowledge."

Thanks to effective learning methods and dedicated guidance from teachers, I always excel in both the Vietnamese Program and the International Program at the Asian International School.

In addition to his own constant efforts, the dedicated teaching of his teachers and the special care and encouragement from his parents played an important role as a "launching pad", helping Minh Quan discover and maximize his mathematical talent. That was also the motivation for him to develop himself better and better.

Thanks to his constant efforts, although he is only in 4th grade, Minh Quan has achieved proud achievements.

Besides Math, English is also Minh Quan's forte. Having studied in an international environment since childhood, he is very confident in his ability to use foreign languages.

Minh Quan shared: "I am impressed by the way teachers love students, are always ready to answer questions and help me practice English effectively." This is also the premise that helps me feel confident when participating in international exams.

Minh Quan's dynamism is also shown through his participation in many activities in different fields with the goal of practicing confidence when standing in front of the camera, connecting with many friends with similar interests by becoming an MC in extracurricular activities of the school, participating in intellectual game shows such as: Nhanh nhu chop nhi of HTV2, Dau tru tai tai HTV7, Trang Nguyen nhi VTV3. Not only that, Minh Quan is also an active member of the IPS Chess Club and won Bronze and Third prizes in chess.

In addition, Minh Quan is also a promising poetic talent with two poems, Spring Card (issue dated December 19, 2023) and Absent Student (issue dated February 2, 2024) published in Nhi Dong newspaper.

Minh Quan is also an active MC in extracurricular activities of the school.

Sharing about his dream, Minh Quan said: "I really like programming. I think this job will have many things for me to explore and discover." With a studious spirit and always striving, I believe that he will achieve more in the process of nurturing the flame of passion for his favorite subject, shining and reaching far on the path of knowledge, and at the same time continuing the tradition of studiousness of students of Asia International School.

Asian International School is a general school from grade 1 to grade 12, training in parallel with the Vietnamese program of the Ministry of Education and Training and the International program according to the general education standards of American Education Reaches Out (AERO) and Common Core State Standards (USA), currently implementing the education quality accreditation program of the Council of International Schools (CIS) - UK. For high school level, students have the additional option of studying the Advanced Placement (AP) program of the College Board - USA.
