According to the report of the Hanoi Party Committee, after 3 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo, Plan No. 58-KH/BTGTW of the Central Propaganda Department and Plan No. 39-KH/TU of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to continue implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle", sectors, levels, localities and units under Hanoi have promoted the spirit of initiative, creativity and flexibility in linking the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle with the good implementation of the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee, creating a strong change in awareness and action in the entire Party Committee, political system and people of the Capital.

Specifically, the Party Committees, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels of the City have well performed the tasks specified in the Action Program of the City Party Committee to implement Resolution XIII of the Party, 10 Working Programs of the City Party Committee (term XVII), Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels and in the regular activities of Party cells. At the same time, effectively implementing Resolution No. 15-NQ/TW of the Politburo on "Orientations and tasks for the development of Hanoi Capital to 2030, with a vision to 2045"; implementing the Ring Road 4 - Capital Region project in conjunction with the implementation of campaigns, patriotic emulation movements, the implementation of political tasks and the resolution of urgent and prominent issues in localities, agencies and units.

The implementation of studying and following Uncle Ho's ideology has become regular, disciplined, and self-conscious in Party cell activities and in the work of cadres and Party members. Promoting the exemplary role of cadres and Party members, especially leaders, managers, and heads of units. Thereby contributing to raising awareness, responsibility, strengthening discipline, order, innovating working style, working habits, service attitudes, improving the quality and efficiency of work and awareness of thrift, fighting corruption and waste. Creating real change in learning from Uncle Ho

According to Permanent Deputy Secretary of Long Bien District Party Committee Ngo Manh Diem, implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo, plans of the Central Propaganda Department and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW, the district recently organized a conference to deploy the 2024 thematic study on "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on discipline, discipline and responsibility in the work of cadres and party members" in conjunction with implementing Directive No. 24-CT/TU dated August 7, 2023 of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on "Strengthening discipline, discipline and responsibility in handling work in the political system of Hanoi City" in the form of direct and online combination at 145 grassroots bridge points with the participation of more than 11,000 party members.

To make studying and following Uncle Ho practical, every month in the Party cell activities, the Party cell secretary and the Party cell committee, through regular inspection and supervision work and information provided by the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations, make comments and assessments on the results of implementing the personal training plan of Party members; cadres and civil servants who are not Party members but are managed by the Party cell.

In Dong Anh district, the organization of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style is organized systematically and seriously with many innovations in form and practical content. In particular, the combination of using a stage drama with the image of Ho Chi Minh in thematic study has been effectively received by cadres, party members and people.

Nguyen Van Cuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dong Anh District Party Committee, said that the content of "following" Uncle Ho's example was implemented through specific and practical actions in work and daily life. Localities, agencies and units have reviewed and selected urgent, complicated issues and issues of public concern to focus on solving, creating positive changes in many areas.

Meanwhile, in Dong Da district, in 2023 and 2024, the district has developed and selected specific topics suitable to the situation of the district Party Committee; organized many extensive political activities throughout the district.

Notably, the district has printed 1,500 specialized study books each year, distributed to branches, party committees and key cadres from the district to the grassroots. At the same time, information technology and digital applications have been applied in organizing study conferences. In particular, in 2024, the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department has developed a plan and provided content instructions to all cadres, party members, union members and association members in the district to implement and register to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in 2024. At the end of the year, there will be an assessment of the registration combined with a year-end review and assessment.

To create substantial changes in studying and following Uncle Ho in the coming time, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong noted that Party committees, Party organizations, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the city, localities, agencies and units should include the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo, Plan No. 39-KH/TU of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the full-term topic and the 2024 topic in monthly regular activities at Party cells and regular activities. At the same time, proactively develop specific and practical content for studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in association with the implementation of political tasks in localities, agencies and units, of Party cells and Party members in Party cells.

Accordingly, each Party cell and each Party member selects some contents of the full-term and 2024 topics of their unit to effectively implement.
